Coleford
is a village in Somerset with a population of around 2400.
It lies on the eastern edge of Mendip Hills, close to Frome,
Shepton Mallet and Radstock.
It's within commuting distance of Bath and Bristol, with an
hourly bus service to Bath and Frome. The closest railway
stations are Frome, Bath Spa, and Bristol Temple Meads.

between 3.30pm and 4.20pm on Tuesday last week.
One-week
driving ban for parking illegally

Parking in a pedestrian-controlled crossing area at Coleford led to
a one-week driving ban and a £30 fine for a new driver Nicholas Winsley.Mendip
magistrates were told that Winsley also had to pay £105 after his
car was towed away from the crossing area, where he had left it at
5am on December 10.
